1. Overview

Welcome to orydawn. This website, https://orydawn.com, is operated by GEHJWRE INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Product Information, Use & Safety

Our store offers general merchandise and practical everyday products. Features, materials, dimensions, sizes, compatibility, and care requirements vary. Review the relevant product description before purchasing.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Screen settings may affect color appearance. This does not remove our responsibility to supply goods that match their description.

If a material error affects your order, we will explain the corrected information and available options. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a different product without your agreement.

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow supplied instructions and warnings. Review materials or ingredients if you have known sensitivities. Stop using a product if irritation, discomfort, damage, or an adverse reaction occurs.

Individual experiences and results may vary. Reviews or testimonials do not guarantee the same results for every customer. Misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions may affect voluntary warranty coverage where permitted, but does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Orders, Prices & Payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself confirm dispatch.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Available payment methods, shipping charges, and taxes collected by our store are displayed at checkout before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees.

We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable stock, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, material pricing errors, or legal restrictions. We will explain the issue and promptly refund amounts collected for canceled items, including charges that must be refunded.

Price or product changes apply prospectively and do not remove our obligations concerning orders already accepted.

5. Order Changes & Cancellation

Order processing begins promptly after purchase, so ordinary change-of-mind cancellations or amendments generally cannot be accommodated once processing has begun. Contact support@orydawn.com immediately with your order number if you need help. We will check whether a change remains possible; no cancellation or address-change window is guaranteed.

If we cannot stop an order, an eligible return may be requested after delivery. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights, remedies for faulty goods, or cancellation and refund rights arising from a failure to ship as promised.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We accept orders for destinations supported at checkout. Standard processing normally takes 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Transit estimates vary by destination and are additional to processing time.

Standard transit is generally:

• United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia: 7–15 business days.

• Central and South America: 15–25 business days.

• Africa: 15–30 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Customs, weather, peak periods, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. See our Shipping Policy for the full destination table, tracking, charges, and delivery support.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate or explain if no reliable estimate is available, and offer cancellation with a prompt refund for the unshipped order. We will obtain consent to a delay where required and will cancel and refund the affected order if we cannot lawfully proceed without that consent.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible voluntary returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary voluntary returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging where applicable, and include reasonable proof of purchase.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns under our voluntary return program, where permitted by law, a 15% restocking and processing fee applies and a maximum of two items per order may be refunded to the original payment method. Eligible store-credit returns and exchanges are not subject to the two-item limit. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility.

These voluntary restrictions, including the fee, item limit, and condition or packaging requirements, do not apply to the extent they conflict with statutory cancellation rights, remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, or a more favorable guarantee expressly offered with the purchase. Where a refund is legally required, we will not require you to accept store credit instead.

Approved voluntary refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, normally to the original payment method. Statutory refund deadlines take priority. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.

8. Product Issues & Warranties

Inspect your order after delivery and report visible damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect goods promptly, preferably within 24 hours. This preferred reporting period helps investigation and does not remove your rights or prevent you from reporting faults discovered later.

Any additional commercial warranty applies according to the terms supplied with that warranty. Optional paid warranty coverage applies only when offered and purchased. Statutory rights and any included manufacturer warranty are not dependent on purchasing optional coverage.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, infringement, harassment, misleading submissions, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or interference with website security or operation. We may restrict access for these activities where permitted.

10. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website uses Shopify and may integrate other services for payment processing, delivery, analytics, customer support, and advertising.

External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent content or practices. This does not remove our responsibilities for orders placed with our store or for providers carrying out our obligations.

12. Responsibilities & Liability

We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable consumer law, including product description, quality, delivery, and remedies for faulty goods.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. This exclusion does not limit any non-excludable liability, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

13. Privacy & Advertising

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, including the use of cookies, similar technologies, and third-party services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information about your use of the website and purchases is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may be located in other countries. Where Shopify enhanced services are enabled, Shopify may process information from interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify, as further explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints, Applicable Law & Disputes

Please contact support@orydawn.com first if you have a complaint so we can attempt a good-faith resolution. You remain free to exercise applicable rights through a regulator, payment provider, or court with jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase remain in force. Nothing here requires you to waive statutory remedies or rights to bring a claim.

15. Changes & Severability

We may update these terms and will show the revision date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights concerning existing orders. Additional notice or agreement will be provided where required.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally permitted.
